Hi there, and welcome! I’m Sherry Johnson, a fitness trainer, health blogger, and supplement enthusiast.

My fitness journey started over a decade ago, but if I’m being honest, it wasn’t something I fell into naturally. Growing up, I was the last person you’d find in a gym. My turning point came during my college years when I realized how out of sync I felt with my body and health. I was always tired, eating whatever was convenient, and avoiding any form of exercise. Then one day, a friend dragged me to a group fitness class—and everything changed.

That first class was hard. I couldn’t keep up, I was sore for days, and I had no clue what I was doing. But I left feeling something I hadn’t felt in a long time: empowered. Slowly, I started going back, learning how to lift weights, experiment with different workouts, and, eventually, transform my lifestyle. Fitness became not just a way to stay in shape, but a way to feel strong, capable, and confident.

Over the years, I’ve tried it all—HIIT, powerlifting, yoga, CrossFit, and endurance training. Along the way, I also discovered the world of supplements. At first, I was overwhelmed by the endless options, misleading labels, and bold claims. I wanted to know: Which ones actually work? That curiosity turned into a passion for research and testing, which I now share with all of you!

Today, with over 10 years of fitness experience under my belt, I use my blog to help people cut through the noise. I travel, try different brands of protein powders, supplements, and superfoods, and share honest, no-nonsense reviews.

Whether you’re just starting out or are a seasoned athlete, my goal is to help you find the best products and tips to fuel your fitness journey.

Let’s crush those goals together and make health a lifestyle you love!

What I am Trying Right Now & Loving it Thus Far!

Let me start by saying this: I’ve tried A LOT of protein powders and weight gainers over the years, and while some have been great, many have been full of unnecessary junk that left me feeling bloated, jittery, or just plain gross. So, when I came across Naked Mass, I was intrigued by its clean, simple approach. Could a product this straightforward really deliver? Here’s how it worked for me.

I’ve always been naturally lean, and while I love being fit, gaining muscle has been a challenge for me. During busy periods when my workout intensity goes up but my time to eat goes down, I’ve found weight gainers to be a lifesaver. Still, most are full of artificial flavors, sugars, and fillers—basically stuff that makes me feel like I’m drinking dessert instead of actual nutrition. I wanted something cleaner, and that’s when I found Naked Mass. The promise of only three ingredients? Sign me up.

Opening the tub for the first time, I was surprised by how… plain it looked. There’s no fancy smell, no bright colors, just powder. It honestly felt refreshing because it signaled to me that this product was about function over flash. I started with the unflavored version because I wanted the flexibility to mix it with different things, and wow, they weren’t kidding when they said “naked.” The taste is subtle—almost nonexistent—and maybe even a little bland if you’re used to sweet shakes.

But I actually appreciated that. It felt like a blank canvas I could tweak to my mood—sometimes with a banana and almond butter, other times with cocoa powder and cinnamon. I’ll admit, though, if you’re someone who loves sweet shakes, you might need to dress it up a bit.

I’m not going to sugarcoat this: Naked Mass does clump a little if you’re just using a shaker bottle, especially if you go heavy on the scoops. But throw it in a blender, and it becomes beautifully smooth. My go-to recipe was this:

• 2 scoops of Naked Mass

• 1 cup almond milk

• 1 banana

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter

• A dash of cinnamon

It became my favorite post-workout treat and a reliable meal replacement when my schedule was crazy.

This is where Naked Mass really shines. I started using it consistently after workouts and occasionally as a mid-morning snack. Within about two weeks, I noticed a change. My muscles felt fuller, I had more energy during workouts, and—most importantly—I wasn’t constantly hungry.

For context, I typically have a hard time eating enough calories to support muscle growth, especially when life gets busy. Naked Mass solved that for me. With 1,250 calories per serving, it gave me the boost I needed without feeling like I was stuffing myself. I also loved that it didn’t upset my stomach—something I’ve struggled with in the past with other weight gainers.

I’ll be honest: weight gain is always tricky for me. When I stepped on the scale after three weeks of using Naked Mass and saw I’d gained two solid pounds, I actually teared up. For someone like me, that’s a huge win, especially knowing it came from a clean product and not from shoveling junk food into my diet.

Loved:

• The simple ingredient list (just whey, casein, and maltodextrin).

• No bloating or stomach issues.

• Versatility—I could mix it into anything!

• The caloric density.

Didn’t Love:

• The unflavored version isn’t super exciting on its own, but I made it work.

• Mixing in a shaker bottle can be tricky—definitely use a blender.

Naked Mass isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for a super sweet, dessert-like shake, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you care about what you’re putting into your body and want a no-frills way to pack in calories and protein, it’s honestly one of the best options out there.

For me, it’s become a staple. It’s the first weight gainer I’ve tried that doesn’t feel like I’m sacrificing health for convenience, and I can confidently say it’s helped me get closer to my fitness goals.

Would I Recommend It? Absolutely, especially if you’re a “hard gainer” like me or just need a reliable way to hit your macros. Give it a try—you might just love it as much as I do!
